Who will ponder each line
Who will consider the heart of it all
Who will take the time?

Who will listen to the pattern
Who will flow with rhythm and rhyme
Who will read these words
Who will know they are mine?

Sometimes deep
Often meaningful
Passion based
Whether person or palette

Love to be compared
Love to be endured
Love to be lost or won
Love without end.

Yes, who will read these words of mine
Who will dare to linger here
Who will take and embrace or shelter
Who will want to know or care?

May all find a challenge
May each one know
That my words and yours offer timeless treasures
As there is a world of art living in our words.
